When using your credit card online, be sure that you are on a safe system and that the site you are entering details into is legitimate. If you use a compromised computer, that is one without adequate protection against malicious software, you could be exposing yourself to fraud. Also, there are many web sites that pose as legitimate ones to steal your details. Check that the one you are using is authentic to minimise your exposure to fraud when using your credit card online.
